Excellent restaurant style dal makhani recipe 😊. Just one question chef sir- shouldn't we add a little bit of oil along with the butter while cooking ? Because the butter can get burnt

@adityagoswami1614 Nothing is authentic, and nothing is wrong. It's just your interpretation. And just a friendly reminder, no Dal Makhani or, for that matter, any dish is authentic until and unless the creator of that particular dish doesn't cook it.
