A fundamental abdominal exercise that will not only make you stronger but will also teach you concepts of movement and control. To help you connect better and make the exercise work profoundly on your body think about it as a breathing exercise. Breathe into your sides and back as deeply as you can and then squeeze every atom of air out of your lungs as you curl up. You will feel the difference!
