Thanks for your videos bro, I am trying out some of your workouts and I am dripping with sweat from them. I am pushing through the burn when punching, trying footwork, jump rope. I was out at 3.30am this morning, walking, training, pull ups, push ups, bar dips, Australian pull ups, in the dark outside. I loved it. I shall get some pairs of small dumbbells, 1kg, 1.5kg and 2kg and see if I can find some heavier ones, second hand. They are so expensive, even from eBay. Thanks again.

Master, how do you know which workouts will put mass on you and which will slim you down?

@@PandaSketch42 ultimately it’s really about your calories. If you’re eating more, you’ll gain some muscle. If you’re not eating in a surplus, you’ll cut up a bit. From my experience and observing a lot of pro fighters, you can never really go down in weight as you age. If you’re consistently training, your muscles will develop overtime thus making it hard to stay at a light weight. Which is why a lot of fighters go up in weight class. Try not to think too much about the weight. Think more about how the exercise will help you to be stronger and more conditioned
