I’m so happy to have come across your channel. I always stay active to stay in shape, but what we put in our bodies is very important. I used to box so training always started early in the morning I keep it the same way 50 years later. Appreciate the video keep up the good work!

Blending fruit is actually ok because the fiber is still all there. However when you juice it is when it loses its density because all the fiber is being extracted and then you’re just left with nothing but sugar! So smoothie it up 🫡💪🏽

Oh shit! I thought it was Chinese linedancing. Like the Irish linedancing or like cowboy line dancing😂🤣🤠🕺But it's Chinese Lion Dancing!! That makes a lot more sense. Haha! Love your vids my dude. Keeps me motivated. Just started boxing two times a week, swiming once a week, skatebording once a week(had a long brake, but back at it again), and doing full body workouts the last three days of the week in between. I incorporate your workout routines and getting some nice life advices at the same time. Only thing i lack is the diet. I eat pretty diversed now, both meats, fruits and veggies, so im getting there. Thank you for the time you invest in your vids and your positive and focused mindset. It's inspiring🙏💪

If you mash fruits or potatoes or overcook rice and pasta it gives it a higher glycemic index because it gets more quickly into your blood stream, triggers insulin and therefore make syou store fat. Always eat whole carbs with either water, fibers, fat and/or protein it slows the digestion and reduces the glycemic index of your food.

So I’m back here after you first uploaded it. It’s interesting because I heard recently a person say that “if you keep foods on your plate mainly in their origional form without too much additives/ingredients/condiments, it will just naturally be less calories. And it’s so true ! Like if you take a piece of chicken and eat it on a sectioned plate next to collard greens and spinach, it’s just so many less calories than a nicely cooked chicken and spinach dish that has gravy and noodles and all this other stuff. I think people eat “healthy dishes” but don’t realize it would be even better to just not whip it up with all this extra stuff even if it doesn’t SEEM unhealthy. It’s just extra calories we don’t need

what about frozen berries? makes sense that if you are blending you are not allowing your body to do the blending. how many calories do you consume daily? love the simple life style. there is a lot of tasks to do during monk mode. even the hair style shows discipline. at 41 i noticed my metabolism is way slower.

Great info my guy, do you think it's possible to maintain energy and be active throughout the day with a meal a day , cuz I have notice significant increase in mental clarity going omad but suffer during sparring as i gas out quicker or is it just a lack of conditioning . Always a pleasure watching your content 🙌👊

You will adapt. It's a lack of conditioning. I do OMAD too. Think about it - if you ate mcdonalds like you used to would you really have more stamina than just running on your bodies natural energy? yeah right. So just dig deeper in yourself and push harder

I'm looking for a jump rope and I was wondering is that boxrope really worth it because there is another rope called crossrope and it seems like more people buy the crossrope instead of the box rope even tho they cost around the same
@CHEZCANTERE
@CHEZCANTERE Жыл бұрын
honestly brother i've never used crossrope so i can't say anything about it. as for box rope, i've used the same one for over a year and it's holding strong. i really like the weight to the rope. unlike other ropes, sometimes they're either too heavy or way too light. boxrope for me is the perfect weight to help build speed and the muscular strength

Okay since you don’t seem to understand, you can be active and not lean, as you see in a lot of body lifters, you know why? Diet, he’s eating a very basic yet healthy balance of food. That food allows his body to get it nutrients and still be lean. You didn’t seem to listen when he was explaining.
