Some people call it a casserole, others call it an abomination, others call it no pizza at all. All we know is, Chicago deep-dish pizza is a worthy pizza.
Come and join us while we attempt to make a deep-dish pizza, the only pizza you're allowed to eat with a knife and fork.

Recipe
Pizza dough
∙ 4 cups white bread flour
∙ 1½ cups lukewarm water
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar
∙ 1 teaspoon salt
∙ ¼ cup olive oil
∙ 10 grams instant dry yeast
Pizza sauce
∙ ½ onion, finely diced
∙ 4 tablespoons olive oil
∙ 4 garlic cloves
∙ salt & pepper to taste
∙ 1 can of whole tomatoes
∙ 3 teaspoons sugar
∙ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Toppings
∙ ½ fresh yellow bell pepper
∙ 1 punnet button mushrooms
∙ ¼ onion, sliced
∙ 200 grams mozzarella cheese( as much as you like, no such thing as too much cheese)
∙ 8 fresh pork sausage links
∙ 75 grams salami
∙ 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
