Chicken Rellenos // So easy and delicious ❤️

These Chicken Rellenos are absolutely delicious and so easy to make. If you like easy meals, then this recipe is for you. I always
Keep roasted poblano peppers in the freezer so they are easy to go, but canned will work just fine and so will Anaheim peppers.
These Chicken Rellenos have a nice kick because of the Jalapeño Jack cheese, but you can use your favorite cheese if you would

INGREDIENTS------------------------------
350° to 365° for frying-----
2 Large Boneless skinless Chicken Breasts ( cut in half)
Roasted poblano peppers (about 4 pieces) I used 1 1/2
• STOP STRUGGLING! // Ho...
4oz. Jalapeño Jack cheese (cut into slices)
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 C. All purpose flour or as needed
1 1/2 C. Panko Bread Crumbs or as needed
Lemon Pepper (as needed)
Seasoned Salt (as needed)
• Homemade Seasoned Salt...
Canola oil for frying (1 1/2 to 2 inches deep in skillet)
Toothpicks to hold chicken Relleno together (dont forget to romove before serving)

I always like the way you give detailed instructions on how you're preparing the food. I don't like the background music it gets annoying after a short while I don't think you used to do this on your vids. On other sites that do this I've turned on captions so I wouldn't miss the instructions and turned the vol all the way down but it ruins the experience.

Hello Rachel. I've been trying fo find Mexican oregano since you've it so much. At our community yard sale June met sever Hispanic ladies with me mentioning to them where can I get. Yesterday young a young Mexixan who had kept my # called me and said when to Mexico and brought the oregano.she remembered me and we met again today and she GAVE me about 3 cups worth. I was so happy. So grateful for her kindness. Now to try your other recipes with the correct oregano. I will try this since I love poblano pepper and cheese. BUT I Iove you and you detailed instructions but it was not necessary to hear the music, you are music to my ears ❤
