Just made this. Not only the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever made, but probably in the top 3 best burgers that I’ve ever made in my life. Couldn’t find Serrano peppers in my area, so used jalapeños instead,, and also used pepper jack cheese on the patties. Bursting with flavor. Absolutely incredible! Thank you!
