As always, your recipes are mouthwatering, yet simple enough for me to want to try it out. Any advice on what I can replace cooking wine with? Or should I just suck it up and buy a bottle (since I've noticed that a lot of your recipes require it)?
@Marionskitchen5 жыл бұрын
You could just leave it out for this one. But I would highly recommend buying a bottle. It's not expensive and the flavour really is worth it :-)

@Marionskitchen5 жыл бұрын
Thank you Eric! You're very kind to let me know you've been enjoying my recipes :-) I tend to prefer neutral-tasting oils with a high smoke point for all my Asian cooking. So I generally use either vegetable oil or rice bran oil :-)
