Woodruff key - that's the name of the half moon key in the key way seat that locates the rotor (flywheel) to the crankshaft.

The wires connected to the magneto generally serve the following purposes: Ignition Coil Wire: One of the wires is connected to the ignition coil. The ignition coil is responsible for transforming the high voltage generated by the magneto into an even higher voltage required to create a spark at the spark plug. This spark is essential for igniting the fuel-air mixture in the engine's combustion chamber. Charging System Wires: The magneto also generates electrical power to charge the scooter's battery and supply power to various electrical components, such as lights, horn, and accessories. There may be wires connected to the magneto for charging purposes, typically consisting of a regulator/rectifier unit and other wiring related to the charging system. Stator Pick-Up Coil Wires: The GY6 engine might also have a stator pick-up coil, which plays a role in determining the engine's timing and is used for generating signals to the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) unit. The CDI unit controls the ignition timing based on input from the pick-up coil. Ground Wire: A ground wire might also be connected to the magneto, which helps dissipate any residual charge and ensures safety during maintenance. Thank you for watching my video

Hello my friend try to tilt the scooter little bit on the left side spray a little of penetrating lube around the center shaft and let the scooter seat for one hour there is a possibility that the woodruff key inside the shaft is making resistance one time I had to cut my flywheel in small pieces and that is a lot of work. I have all the tools I took my stator off because it was rattling I checked it nothing was loose but for some reason I keep hearing rattling what would be causing the rattling and what else could I check and what else could it be I would really appreciate an answer I love your Channel love your content I've been subscribed for a while and you help out a lot thank you so much

Hello Charles from that side of the motor you could ear the noise of the valves that make rattling sound and you can try to adjust them for clearance or you could have a problem with crank shaft bearing and that will be a bigger problem but the best way is to make a video when the motor is running if you have a little time and place that on FB chinese project scooter group and see if anybody else has the same problem

If you get a 12-pole stator the inside diameter of the hole will be different than a six-pole stator.🤔

not the inside should be the same but make sure the stator is specifically designed for your scooter, as using one that generates too much AC voltage can damage the wiring and other components check with Rovira tinyurl.com/2pj7t4r4 and before you order ask questions but personally I will go with 11 if I have to choose. thank you for watching my video

Hello mohamed no you should not have any sound coming from the flywheel moving sound could came from your rear brake or inside the motor behind the flywheel but that will be more like a knocking sound

Hello my friend the best thing to do is to buy a new magneto puller tool this happen to me 2 times because the metal of the tool is too soft and also the inside tread are to small next time you tight the puller tool try to tight as much as you can on the counter clock wise motion now there is also a problem that if the woodruff key on crankshaft steam is stuck you can try to spray a little WD40 in the center magneto shaft and tap the magneto with a rubber mullet last time I had to cut the magneto in pieces to remove it . I'm having trouble getting the fan off. The bolts won't budge and when i try to apply force the whole motor turns. I don't have an impact drill. Can you offer any advice?

Hello spray little WD 40 at the bolt between the bolt and the fan put a socket 8mm on a drive amzn.to/3dqjxoy tap the drive with the hammer few time so the bolt will vibrate and you can unscrew the bolt

Hello my friend when something like that happen I try to read and analyze the belt because there is a possibility that the belt is rubbing or scratching somewhere or the rear clutch plates are warped and they wear the belt in a side way

That happened to me one time fortunately I was able to tight the removal tool harder and I was able to remove the flywheel there is other ways to remove the flywheel but you could damage the flywheel doing that
