Chloe (and team), thank you so much for everything that you have done for your audience this past year. 2020 was simply traumatic for most people in the world, including me - but your videos, streams, website, discord, and community has helped me to get through the last bit of it. I had lost my sense of control and stability, but gained that back through your challenges. Not only that, you've changed my life long-term and allowed for me to frame fitness as an obtainable lifestyle rather than an intangible idea. You’ve impacted millions of people this year alone, all for free, and we’ll always be grateful for that. So much work had gone into this program (8 NEW videos!?!) and I am SO hyped to start 2021 off with #FlatStomachChallenge amongst our amazing community.

Alright, here we go. Day 1 (Jan 4): Absolutely killed me. Especially the full body workout. There were times where I would skip the exercises and just lay there. I’m going to aim to not have to take any breaks by the end of this. Day 2 (Jan 5): Only arms and upper body today, so it was much easier. My first time working out with weights too, and it went better than expected. Day 3 (Jan 6): Ah yes, the dreaded full body video. I still couldn’t do the whole thing without breaks, but I was able to pinpoint where I stop to rest- right at 80% of the way. Day 4 (Jan 7) Today was abs and booty, which was harder than I thought it would be. Also, my hip dips are starting to come back. I know working out is supposed to get rid of them, but I feel like they’re the most defined when I’m the most active. I’m curious if other people experience the same thing. Day 5 (Jan 8): Rest day! Thank you all for your nice comments :) Day 6 (Jan 9): My heart was just not in it today. I felt so much weaker and more sluggish. I had to take more breaks too. But I still pushed through, so I’m proud of that. Day 7 (Jan 10): Rest day. I’m honestly a little discouraged. I just feel like I’m more bloated than before, which doesn’t make sense. I did the two week shred back in April, and by day seven I was already seeing results. I don’t know why this is any different. Day 8 (Jan 11): Today was much better! I still had to take some breaks, but I felt a lot more energized. I worked out a bit earlier in the day, so maybe that was part of it. Day 9 (Jan 12): Another arms and upper body day, so today was a bit easier too. I feel like the only thing to note is that I can’t hold a side plank to save my life. Day 10 (Jan 13): Today was a bit harder, but I can feel myself getting stronger, which I’m happy about! The workouts are going by faster. I think I should stick to getting it done earlier in the afternoon. It always seems to go better that way. Day 11 (Jan 14): Rest! I had no idea 544 people would see this. But hi! I hope me doing this is helping you stay motivated. Day 12 (Jan 15): Today was another one of ~those~ days. I felt so weak, clumsy, and awkward. I probably took a lot more breaks than I should’ve. I still got it done though. But looking at the facts: It was later in the day, plus I was really hungry and dehydrated. I also had a bad day in general. I think those things made a difference. Day 13 (Jan 16): Arms and upper body, so it went better. I also felt more energized in general. I probably should’ve measured myself before starting this. To be honest, the thing that got me to start was that I couldn’t wear this dress I really love, because it had gotten too tight and uncomfortable in the waist. Maybe I’ll use that to measure my progress. Also, thanks for the lovely comments! You all are so sweet :) Day 14 (Jan 17): At the two week mark! Today was rest, but I’m going to make it a goal for myself to work out earlier tomorrow. Day 15 (Jan 18): I kept my promise! I only worked out about a half hour earlier, but I still think it helped. Having daylight just improves my mood. When I started to get tired, I did the low-impact workouts so I could keep moving. So yeah, I’m optimistic! Day 16 (Jan 19): I can’t remember the last time I sweated so hard. I’m not sure what it was about today, but my whole body was on fire. I still had enough energy to do the workouts though. Maybe it was because I wore shoes this time. Day 17 (Jan 20): Rest. I’m feeling a bit stressed, because finals are coming up, and I have a ton of work to do. I’m going to try to stick with the program though. Hopefully I don’t have to skip any days. Day 18 (Jan 21): Whoops, forgot to update this yesterday. But yeah, something happened where the workouts are making me sweat so much more. It’s not like they’re harder though- I’ve actually been able to take less breaks than before, which I’m proud of. Day 19 (Jan 22): Well that sucked. Today was the first time doing the “tight core plank challenge” video- literally all plank exercises. I didn’t even feel like I was working out my abs because my arms just hurt the whole time. I had to swap one of the exercises with bicycle crunches, and I felt that in my abs more than any of the plank stuff. I guess I need to work on my form with that stuff. Day 20 (Jan 23): I’m pleased to report that I’ve found out what’s been causing my bloating! Drumroll please..... almonds. No, seriously. I was thinking about what foods I eat often, and I’ve been eating a lot of almonds as a snack pretty much daily for a while now. So I decided to cut it out, and I can already tell my bloating is going down. Wooo! Day 21 (Jan 24): Rest! Day 22 (Jan 25): Two ten minute full body videos. I had honestly been dreading this day, and it was kind of difficult to get through, but I did it. That makes me think I can totally conquer the 15 minute one, but we’ll see. Day 23 (Jan 26): Another arms and upper body day! I actually felt pretty strong during it, and I finally held a side plank for the whole thirty seconds on each side! Day 24 (Jan 27): Sweated pretty hard today, but my stamina is definitely going up- except on stuff with lunges or squats. Something about those just makes my knees hurt so badly, so maybe it’s something with my form. Also, it’s comment has 1.1K likes now, so that’s cool :) Day 25 (Jan 28): Rest! Only 3 more workout days to go! Day 26 (Jan 29): Had to work out a little later tonight, but still got it done! I pretty much didn’t have any issues with today. (Except criss cross lunge jumps. Those suck.) Day 27 (Jan 30): I had to do that plank video again, and I think it went better than last time. Still wasn’t great, but at least I did it. I’m about to start the videos for the last day, and it has the 25 minute full body video. I’m honestly terrified. Pray for me! Day 28 (Jan 31): Wooooo!!! That’s it! The 25 minute full body video definitely got me sweating, but it went better than I expected, so I’m proud of myself for that. I’m not sure how much my body changed, because I didn’t take any before photos, but I know I’m stronger than before. Thank you guys for all the support! You got this!!

For anyone finding motivation to lose weight, you need to listen up. I was 80 kgs when I started doing this workout and with constant workout, a little control on my diet and ginger tea frequently, I lost 3 kgs in 5 days only. Guys trust me I was so tired and fed up of my body and it was always pretty difficult to gear up myself for these workouts, I had to muster up my guts to do this every day but the results were truly worth all the exertion. One tip I would really need to give you all is that dont stop this if you have reached you desired/targeted goal otherwise all the hard work would go down the drain. I kinda left myself after that so I gained 1-2 kgs again.

Note: I’ve been doing Chloe Tings exercises for the whole quarantine and it has helped me so much. Now I’m embarking on the 2021 challenge! I’m doing the whole schedule and I’ll tell you how it goes! (I just finished 2020 shred and LOST 4 WHOLE POUNDS! For this challenge I’m going to try to keep my weight at this level because I’m already in the healthy BMI area Starting weight: 141.2 LBs Day 1: pretty easy. I didn’t take many breaks and kept up with it! Day 2: I haven’t been working on my arms much so this day really KILLED ME 😭 but I kept up with it so yay! (I used to have really defined biceps but it kinda faded but these arm exercises really helped!) Day 3: I didn’t take any breaks yay!! All in all it was a productive day :) Day 4: this day was focused a lot on the booty and omg my booty hurtttsss. But it’s so worth it. Honestly my booty looks a bit smaller than it used to but it’s because I’m burning the fat from my butt and toning it into muscle. I know if I keep at it I’ll get the bigger booty I’ve always wanted. Day 5: rest day but I’m skipping it lol Day 6: I’m really proud cause I did this day with almost no breaks. I was sweating and my butt was on fire from the workouts. I already know imma look snatched at the end cause I look a little slimmer Day 7: rest day (started my period so very convenient timing lmao) Day 8: just finished! And ngl my stomach isn’t as bloated as before. This exercise is definitely helpinggg Day 9: my armssss 😩 today was focused on the arms and I’m kinda glad cause I haven’t been working on my arms much. (also very convenient that there wasn’t much jumping because usually the third day of my period is the heaviest so amennnn) Day 10: I’m so sweaty. Honestly even if you do these exercises and don’t see immediate changes, the amount of sweat you lose makes it all worth it. My weight rn is 141.7 which is a little more than my starting weight but likeeee I’ve been eating so much junk food this week it’s surprising that I haven’t gained MORE weight- I’ll keep y’all updated! (Also pray for me cause I’m gonna be listening to a 2 hour lecture about world civilizations after this *cue the eye roll*) Day 11: rest day (I had tons of school work to do so very well timed hehe) Day 12: did my exercises! I did them with barely any stops! Today was focused on my abs and they were burningggg 😩 Day 13: I skipped yesterday’s workout because I just had sooo much school work to do! I’m sorry!! But I finished today’s workout! Today was focused on the arms and omggg 30 minutes of arm exercises and I can see my biceps get a little more defined! Definitely helped me! Day 14: today was a rest day but I still got some exercise in. I did a 30 minute walk on my treadmill (speed 3 incline 10 for anyone who’s wondering) and I went to the park to play basketball so I wasn’t on my butt all day hehe Day 15: so I took picture of my body of how it is now compared to the ones I took a month ago and omg I didn’t realize just how much slimmer I look. I have lines developing on my stomach and all in all I just look slimmer- this flat stomach challenge is truly helping! Please do it!!! Day 16: like I said before my arms actually used to be defined and you could see the outlines of my biceps but it kinda faded when I started letting myself go. But after her workouts my arms are actually regaining it’s muscular shape and I’m so happyyyy Day 17: I just finished! My abs feel absolutely smashed but I know it’s working cause I always (and I mean ALWAYSSSS) used to have a bloated looking stomach but now it’s so much slimmer. Chloe is doing wonders for me! Day 18: Rest day Day 19: I finished earlier than I expected and I’m so proud because I got through 40 minutes of her workout and I didn’t take any breaks (except where she encouraged us to). This in itself is such a huge improvement bc when I first started working out I took a break like every 2-3 minutes and now I’m doing 40 minutes of a workout without stopping! If you stick to it I know you can do it!! Day 20: Finished, I kinda did more low impact ones than I usually do because I was feeling sluggish but I pushed through and finished today’s exercises. One thing I’ve noticed is that I used to be shaped like a rectangle (no real curve in my waist) but nowww not only am I a bit slimmer my waist is pulling in making it a bit curvier and I’m so happy 😩✨ Day 21: Rest Day! Might go to the park to play basketball to get some exercise in tho :) oh and today was my dad’s bday so I kinda pigged out on a lot of food. I’m telling y’all this so you know that you don’t have to keep a strict diet. You can have some cheat days! You can try to get skinnier and healthier but also try to enjoy life and eat what you want! Day 22: Sorry I skipped the update yesterday. I went to go play basketball at the park because there’s always this one super hot guy that comes to the park on the weekends so sis has to go and show off teehee. Anyways today was pretty hard. A lot of HIIT workouts but I powered through :) Day 23: Omg I’m almost done! Only 5 more days- anywhoooo today was mostly on the arms and mannnn was my arms burning! I can definitely see my armpit fat getting smaller. It’s one of my insecurities and to see it fade is making me so happy!! If you’ve read this far... it’s your sign to DO IT!! Day 24: I finished!! I’ve been kinda eating a lot but my weight is the same cause of these videos but I know if you’re eating a relatively healthy diet your weight will go down!! These exercises really help my bloating and I’m so thankful lolllll Day 25: Rest Day Day 26: Ok I just finished today!! And I know I’ve said this a lot but this workout is helping my bloating so much!! After eating my stomach was always so bloated and for the bloating to go down it always took at least the next day. But now my bloating is going away so fast. Probably an hour or two at the most! Day 27: Omg I can’t believe I’m almost done!! I just finished and only have 1 more day to go!! Day 28: I’m so so sorry that I didn’t update sooner. We had a winter storm where I’m at and all of our power went out for almost 3 days.. which also means no Wifi to complete the program. But I finally finished!! Final weight: 140.2 pounds. (I’m actually so surprised that I even lost a pound because my goal was to maintain my weight. I’ve been eating so much junk food and all I wanted was these exercises to balance it out but I actually lost weight lmao. But I knowww if you eat a bit healthier and do the workouts you can lose a lot of weight. That’s what happened in my 2 week shred challenge by her. Those two weeks I tried to eat healthy and and did the exercises and I went from 145 to 141.2!!) YALL DEFINITELY NEED TO DO HER PROGRAMS! it has helped me a lot. No doubt that if I ate like I ate during the past month and didn’t do any of her exercises I’d be back at 145 pounds😭 If you have any questions feel free to ask!! Last Updated: Feb 19, 2021

First day of summer shred challenge. I will upload my results day by day. I've nearly lost 8 kg since April and I want to lose at least 10 kg more. That's why I am gonna follow this challenge until the end. For me, losing weight is not easy and I have to be in a calorie deficit and do workout regularly, but I do not want to give up because I want to wear whatever I want without thinking about my weight. 5 June: Done

It seems like you and I are in the same page! I didn't lose any weight but I'm looking forward to it. I want to be able to go buy clothes without being ashamed of my body.
@meryemozdogan85293 жыл бұрын
@@nathigamarra1926 Hello, please be nice to yourself. In the beginning, I was 88 kg and now I am 73 kg. Also, When I was 88, my eating habits were really bad and I guess I had insulin resistance and that's why I could not satiate, I always wanted to eat sugary things and fast food. Then, I realized that there is no ending in this situation, and I remind myself I could not live like this. At first, I just started to do workouts and I even could not finish all exercises in Chloe's program but they helped me a lot and shaped my body really quick even without losing many kgs but my way was not like others. I often could not obey my diet however I did not give up. Even I ate all day, I started tomorrow again. sometimes I gave 5 kg and in other months I did not diet just tried to regulate my eating habits. Like I realized that you can eat junk food but you do not have to eat 5 chocolate three chips etc. So keep going girl I believe you. Do not push yourself too hard, if I did not start months ago I would be 88 in the best situation but I am sure I would be more than 90s. So even I could not reach my goal, on the other hand, I changed my goal and try to lose more, now I am really feeling better. Yes, I also have fat and pounds on my body, but even 5 kg changes your body too much. That's why do not be hopeless and believe in yourself and be patient never give up. Whatever happens, just keep try and thank you, these days I am working and there is no time for me to do workouts, and without workouts, my losing weight situation is really slow. However, your reply reminds me of back days and my goals. I was hopeless about never being skinny that I want but we can do it.

Read my wall of text (or don't) for a surprise at the end: I usually comment silly poems that usually make no sense, but today I thought I'd tone it down for a second to thank Chloe and Adrian for all their hard work. I know they hear it all the time, but it will never be enough. One year ago today, I was convinced I hit rock bottom and decided it was time for a change. I made a resolution and everything, but never followed through because I was in the wrong mindset. In August, I found Chloe's server and was suddenly motivated to try a program. I found friendship through her community, an amazing leader who created content and encouraged us all to keep going, and best of all, I found myself. This year, it isn't about losing x amount of pounds or setting a goal I hope will suddenly be accomplished just because it's a new year. This year, I am continuing what I started in August with a healthy mindset and an amazing community to back me up. Thank you again Chloe and Adrian. And thank you for making 2020 a year to remember despite all the negativity happening around us. I would not be where I am right now without you. Ready to start this year off stronk. And if you thought I wasn't going to add a silly poem, you were wrong. I dedicate this one to my favorite Cloth: It's time time for a twerk out Oh wait, I meant workout I get out of bed for the thing To copy the moves of Ms. Ting My entire body is screaming And I wish I was dreaming Unfortunately it's true But it's what Chloe made me do Should we do the big thank Or give her the spank Why not the two? Day 1: Wasn’t very hard because my little brother was doing it with me so it motivated me not to take any breaks Day 2: I need to strengthen my arms, so it was hard to keep lifting the weights. I want my whole body to get stronger by the end of this challenge, so I did it without breaks. Day 3: Today was hard because my arms and legs were sore. I still got through it and tried my best. Day 4: I was still sore and I thought the first workout was easy, but the last two were hard. I am looking forward to my break day tomorrow. Day 5: Rest Day, it felt nice to give my body a rest. Day 6: Today wasn’t too hard, but I find it hard for you to keep working out after the rest day. It takes a lot of motivation to continue and this has been one of the reasons why I quit some challenges before. Day 7: Rest day Day 8: Before the workout, I was kayaking and was already sore when I got home. In my first workout, I got a really bad cramp and I found it really hard to do. The two booty workouts weren’t as hard as they used to be though. Day 9: My arms were really burning and hurt so bad. 😩 I know that I need to work on my arms, so this is good. Day 10: I started my period 🩸💀💀💀 I could actually notice myself getting better at the workouts today, but I’m not happy that I started that one time a month. Thankfully, tomorrow is a rest day. Day 11:Enjoyed taking a break Day 12: Wasn’t as hard as before. Earlier in the challenge, I wouldn’t have liked to see four workout videos and now I can feel myself getting stronger and improving in the workouts. The only thing is that my period makes me in pain while doing certain workouts. Day 13: My arms hurt 😞 really bad, but I could feel myself getting stronger which makes me happier. Don’t quit the challenge, the results in how you feel are worth it. Day 14: I had a nice rest day and was moving around for most of the day. I didn't eat that healthy today. I haven't really changed my diet during this challenge, but I have limited myself from having dessert and eating out of the snack closet. Day 15: It was nice to know that I was halfway through the challenge. For those that are doing a 2-week shred challenge, this is how long it is and it truly does make you much stronger. Today, I didn't really take any breaks and I could definitely feel my improvement. (My period ended) Day 16: It was hard, but I know that I need to work on my arms and my core. I could really feel my muscles on this inside of my stomach and I know that I’m making progress. No pain, no gain. I just hope that I keep going and that my daily outlook can motivate some of you as well. Day 17: Was hard, but got through it without breaks. Day 18: Skipped rest day because I took a rest day on day 17, but it felt nice to take a rest, but since I took a day and swapped it I felt guilty. Day 19: The workout was really hard, but I got through it and I could really feel my core hurting. I notice that I'm getting better at the moves and getting stronger. Day 20: The first two workouts were tough, but the last one gave me a lot of confidence when I did it without any breaks. Day 21: Was a rest day, but I swapped this day with yesterday because today I went on a long bike ride in the morning and in the evening watched the Grammys. I can’t believe I only have one more week. Let’s do this!!! Day 22: It was really hard, but I can notice how much better I'm getting at the workouts. Only 6 more days left!!! Day 23: My arms were so sore and I really felt like giving up, but afterward I was proud of myself for doing it. Only 5 more days left!! I got this. Day 24: There were a lot of core workouts and they were really difficult, but I could feel myself getting stronger. My form was getting better than It was at the beginning. Day 25: I enjoyed my rest day. Only 3 more days left. I can't believe I came so far. (Sorry I haven't updated in awhile, but here is my review for the next 4 days. Results will be posted in two days. Day 26: It really hard, but I got through it!! Day 27: I had P.E. class this morning, so I had a double workout today. The plank challenge was very difficult, but the arms workout has gotten way easier. Tomorrow is the last day!! Day 28:

After all I didn't eat THAT much and I still exercise. Except snacks I think I didn't drink enough water + since July 23th I was taking antibiotics - I stopped 2 days ago, idk maybe antibiotics made me gain wright) [Aug 3rd] Day 22: Done [Aug 4th-Aug 10th] Additional rest days (i'm not at home and I won't do the workouts in my hotel room lol) [Aug 11th] Day 23: Done, not gonna lie I almost gave myself one another rest day since after a break I lost all motivation, fortunately today's workout was rather chill so I forced myself to do it. Been doing only this video for a week now. Figured 15% was better than nothing. I didn’t have the energy to even get out of bed so i think this is good. So people like me ( who suffer from depression), don’t feel bad or guilty, 15% or 10% is better than nothing!! It’s okay if you even skip days but just don’t give up. Ik it can be very difficult so don’t feel bad and hate yourself. It’s okay if you leave the program in the middle and come back a few days later. Everything’s okay, we’re all trying to do the best to survive:)

🇳🇵I'm gonna follow the routine everyday. But the thing is that I keep losing my motivation so *I'll EDIT THE COMMENT EACH DAY* to keep track of my progress, just to convince myself that I have to keep going, atleast for the sake of the comment update, so that I don't give up in the middle.🇳🇵 But first of all, I wanna appreciate the fact that Chloe works so hard and has changed a lot of lives, that too providing all programs for free. I just love how motivating and non-judgemental she is. Thank you for being so sweet to us Chloe!❤️🥺 *Day1:* ( starting from 2021/01/04) I had shortness of breathe in just 2 minutes so had to pause the video for like several times to get back to normal. 16 min of this workout but it took me 23 minutes to complete. Her new ab workout from today's program has not been released yet so I did the old one. 54 minutes of total workout (including warmups and cooldown) and it took 1 whole hour to complete. *Day2:* My belly and legs are sore today. I finished the challenge somehow, but I don't think it's as intense as the ab workout challenges from 2019. I think I'll prefer the previous year's challenges after this completes. *Day3:* Done ✅ . I had shortness of breathe in 4 minutes today(2 minutes of progress as compared to day1🤩). The sore in my belly and legs is a little less painful than yesterday. :)) *Day4:* Done ✅. Workout time was longer for today as there are 5 episodes in total. Took me 1 hour and 4 minutes to complete. *Day5:* It’s active rest day today so I went for morning walk for like 45 minutes and did some stomach vacuum and bicycle crunches. *Day6:* It wasn’t easy but I did it! 🥵 Now I’ve changed my mind and decided that this program has the perfect amount of intensity for me so once I complete the 28 days challenge, I’ll prefer this program rather than program from 2019 for the next round 🤣 *Day7:* Active rest dayyyyyy. I played songs and danced, went for evening walk to stay active. *Day8:* I paused this video at 8 minutes ( 6 mins of progress as compared to day1😍). And didn't even pause the ab workout video, this mean alot to me cause previously it would take like 30 minutes for me to complete 11 minutes of video. *Day9:* Done✔️ *Day10:* I forced myself to keep going without even taking rest upto 9 minutes straight despite of having difficulty in breathing, and as a result I couldn’t do the rest of the workout properly, so I did lazily today. My bad😪 *Day11:* Active rest day 😊 *Day12:* Done ✔️. Some relatives came to visit us yesterday and said that I seem to be a little less bulky than before. This motivated me alot😍 *Day13:* Done✔️. I feel so good today 😊 *I can see my love handles is not noticeable anymore from outside the cloth like it used to do yaaay* . *I can see a slight difference in my arm, breast and face*. *Day14:* Active rest day😁 I walked around, jumped lightly just after eating. *Day15:* Done✅ . Idk why I felt tired and paused the videos for like thousand times today🥵 *Day16:* Done✅. But didn’t do the repeat part😬 *Day17:* Idk why my heart rate went up so quick and I felt tired and thought of giving up. I finished it tho *Day18:* Active rest day ^_^ *Day19:* I ate light foods yesterday ( some roots as snack and fruits & daal for dinner) so I didn't have any difficulties in doing the workout today 😊 *Day20:* Didn’t do as we went picnic today. I danced there so yes I was active. *Day21:* Active rest day ^_^. I’m editing my picnic vlog today. *Day22:* Done ✔️ *Day23:* Done✔️. I didn't do in the morning as I woke up at 8:30 today. Thought of not doing at first but I felt guilty about it so I only ate vegetables and daal as dinner and just did the workout in the afternoon 🤣 It's 1:30pm rn and I'll have the remaining food (rice) now😁 *Day24:* Done ✔️ *Day25:* Active rest day😊 *Day26:* Done ☑️ *Day27:* Got my period today but I still managed to do. ✅ *DAY YAAAY😍 :* I did ittttttt😍. Though I don’t see much physical difference in my body(lost only 1kg in 28 days), I feel strong, active and happy. I don’t feel dull like I used to do, my body doesn’t feel that weak during my period. I’ve made a habit of drinking lots of warm water, I’ve learned how to be patience, how to make routine to keep things going, how to be accountable, how to control my cravings and eat properly and a lot more! And I guess that’s what all matters 🥲😉.
