You cant use gigaton hammer 2 turns in a row is in fact true, but its also more complicated than that. IF you fail to use a move after using Gigaton, via paralysis or sleep etc. it wont let you use gigaton hammer. Patterz was lucky he got to struggle, as it counted as a move. it actually is more like if the last move used was Gigaton hammer it cant be used again.
