Cool chop top work. I definitely want to do a 33/34 similar, I love all the angles laid back on the 33/34. Grille and roof exaggerated gives such a speed aggressive look.

Thanks 👍 I showed the progress pics to encourage guys to just go for it because it might turn out fine even if it looks a mess at the beginning.

@@HayAuto For sure! I feel the same way about custom painting, it's not intimidating if you just break it down to the individual steps.

Next time when you use superglue on places where you have to rescribe lines or blending parts together,mix some babypowder(not baking soda) into the superglue!It then doesnt get that brittle and is easier to rescribe and sand!It needs a little to get used to the right mix of powder and glue,but it works wonder!Got this idea from a japanese model builder!Internet is great for getting infos!But it is awefull because it gives you more building ideas and inspirations for at least 2 or 3 lifetimes!😂Like this chop!

Yeah I like Mike at Bello's customs. His shop is here in San Diego. I happen to be working on a 39 Ford Coupe right now. It is chopped, lowered and extended.

Love the chops. Dying to try one myself. Finish some more of them. Your builds are so nice. You mentioned Mike Bello. Love his builds. Put on one of his build playlist most nights to go to sleep by. Man did I love that Zephyr he built. Also absolutely loved the GMC cabover. That thing ruled. Anyway, I think you've inspired me to go ahead and whack the top off something. If I do chop one I'll do a video on it and give you a shout out for inspiring me to do it. Thank you for inspiring us and sharing your builds with us!!!

That’s awesome! Go for it! If you want to start with an easy chop do a Model A. Straight posts.

I think the car companies of today are purposely building cars that must be professionally repaired, shutting the home auto enthusiast out. No wonder we still appreciate and buy the old classics. 😊
@HayAuto6 ай бұрын
You're 100% correct. My 2000 GMC is WAY easier to fix and maintain. Older stuff with carburetors are even easier.
