@@pol-dev-v5y Your 2 warm up sets are done with light weight to get the tricep pre exhausted , then your 3 sets are working sets done with a weight you can do for however many reps you wanna target, then you drop the weight and aim for 12-15 reps or failure

I have them too when i'm doing skullcrushers.Usually if you hear clicks in your elbow without a pain while doing some triceps exercises it is clicking triceps syndrome

Great tips. Another good cue on the triceps movement is to imagine a bar going through your elbow and through your body to keep it pinned in position. Imagine having to pivot off the bar to help drive proper form.

Solid as hell for the the 3 choice 💪 - only thing I'd say if you're going to follow these exercises in these rep ranges as prescribed I'd rotate a second day in the week with exercises like close grip bench HEAVY 6-10 range and something like dips as a finisher. 💪💪

I like how you brought it behind your back (or close to it) for the first exercise. I also do pushdowns on cable but just normal ones straight down, I'll have to try your variation next time. Cables are also my favorite for triceps, and one arm at a time and using no attachments, like you showed at first. I just find I get far better contractions that way then using two arms or with attachments, maybe because it's isolated and I can really focus on the squeeze. I just grab the carabineer and little plastic ball thing at the end. I usually do one-armed with no attachments: pushdowns, overhead extensions, and kickbacks. I try to hit each position (arms in front, over head, behind body) to hit the most spots on the muscle.
