Not to be that guy but.... pronated dumbell or straight bar curls would be the best way to work the brachialis exclusively and fill in that arm gap. Neutral grip Hammer curls will really work the brachoradialis which is primarily the lateral part of the forearm. Loving these workout videos. They are a breath of fresh air compared to other people who just throw weights around and yell...lol

About the respect bit that Chris mentioned, if only more gyms were like this. I remember when I used to be pathologically obese 8 years ago (143 kgs body weight); entering the gym and the gym would pause and laugh at me. I'm not a strongman or a bodybuilder or a shredded guy, I am just grateful and pleased that 8 years later I am minus 70 kgs and healthy. Thanks for the content Chris.

Try dead hangs and do feet to bar for abs(If your ham hocks aren't too heavy). You get a bit of back and grip work done at the same time too and they feel great. I try and pop off at least 20+ per day at home and it seems to helps with lower back pain.

Whats the benefit of doing cross body tricep extention when compared to regular tricep extention? And why grip the cable? why not use a handle? for neutral grip or better grip or what ? Chris videos are so relaxed but yet such good entertainment(and knowledge!)

@Chris Bumstead regarding hammer curls, you are right. However, always do underhand grip as seen with Nick Walker as he angles his arms outwards, this will ensure that the hammer curls do not change the shape of your biceps as they have the tendency to permanently rotate the arms and biceps towards the chest. Your arms will no longer lie tight to your side. careful and ensure you finish with the under hand grip to stretch out, I know this from experience.
