@@PUR3FIR it does out pressure hut not as bad. a proper stretching is necessary to relax the muscles. Most of my back aches come along with the back muscle soreness (due to previous soccer injury).

Little tip someone showed me for the Bulgarian’s instead of just doing weightless at the end there’s a jump variant what are you doing explosive jump sets after you did your weighted set. Glad to see you’re back in the gym killing it can’t wait to see what this year holds.

If you flex your glutes as hard as you can (almost like you're trying to keep someone "out") and also keep your hips pressed down into the pad while curling, you will feel that Hamstring 'bite' when you hit the concentric part of the motion. Best leg curl tip I ever got and really works

Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. Covid also took me out of training for 2 weeks around New Years, and then I lost about another two weeks because of blood clots from getting covid and I'm currently on some restrictions. Goddamn sir, this was motivating as hell.

I had this exact workout earlier, including the knees warm up before the squats! I'm happy that I'm choosing the right exercises. The only difference is I trained calves standing, and used 50% of the weight hahaha Thanks for the video!
