My buddie is a former Mr USA (class winner) Teenage Mr America, Jr Mr America and won his overall state title as a teenager plus a shite ton of other competitions. He has had some major injuries in the past years which has complicated his training ect. Hes in his early 50s. He has been working so much lately and had a umbilical hernia surgery 3 months ago that he has not trained in that whole time. He was really getting depressed and I could tell. He had gained 20lbs and was so upset with himself and his condition he just was about ready to walk away from it. I knew he would regret it and got him to start his training again and within 3 months he looks absolutely unbelievable. I saw your post and I know how hard it is.

His lines are the killer for other bodybuilders. His musculature is crazy for sure. Im not saying that it isnt but his frame + his lines make him deadly in any scenario. Classic, open, etc. He 100% could take a lot of open guys out in classic form. Tall, wide, and round.

Absolutely.. it's a much better look than today's open class and the drug use don't have to be extreme to attain Chris's amount of muscle honestly (as long as someone has good genetics for bodybuilding and great response obviously). Small waist, big but not huge, great lines and proportion and no mutated "spongy" inflated artificial-looking muscles from the insulin/GH abuse so commonly seen with the open guys. This is really what bodybuilding was meant to be imo 💪
