Here’s a 10-Minute Low Impact Circuit Workout for you to do at home, at the gym or in a hotel room. This instructional workout video guides you through three circuits repeated once each for a total of six circuits working the whole body.

What do I do if the lunges hurt my knees

If lunges don't work for your knees - try squats ( sometimes they are better on knees) or go for glute bridges on your back and squeeze your glutes as you lift (less stress on the knees)!!
