Are you using ARP hardware for the main caps, rods, and head studs? If so, which part numbers?

for allu blocs , never use ARP ,,,,, use M12 head studs :) !!

how many hp can hadle m54b30 forged block ?

with M12 head studs ,,, threads will handle 700hp with no problem !! if you want much more power ,,,, go for an M50B25 or m50b30 stroker ( Iron bloc )
