OK. So excited to try to correct my three fails on cinnamon rolls - now I see through Rachel's gentle instruction how gently & tenderly she handles the dough. Oh, my! 🥰 you will NEVER find cinnamon rolls as fantastic as these. And, they are SO EASY to make. I followed the recipe exactly. They we’re perfection! I have bad arthritic knees, and am limited in standing time. I found a way to break the process into stages to limit standing time. The night before I prep/measure all dry ingredients, cover with plastic wrap. I’m kinda obsessive so. I Write the contents on top with a magic marker. The next morning I make the dough, let it rise, etc. prepping the night before REALLY saves time. Then once you’ve made the dough, you have time to rest during the 2 dough risings.

Rachel I’ve made every single one of your recipes. You’re the Queen of cooking 👑. You remind me of my Mother. Everything you cook is delicious 😋. I’m going to make these cinnamon rolls for my twin daughters birthday. Do you have a video on how to make chicken enchiladas? I don’t like can sauce. I’m looking for a home made sauce. Thank you and God bless you and your family 🙏🏾

I made these cinnamon rolls this morning for my son's birthday, he loved them. They turned out tender and fluffy. I have tried many different recipes and yours is by far the best!! The dough is so easy to work with and I love the fact that you don't use a rolling pin. Your directions were easy to follow. This recipe will be the only one that I will ever use from now on. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!

That’s exactly the way my grandma taught me seventy two years ago, from heating the milk and butter mixture on her pot belly stove right down to pressing lightly with the tips of your fingers to spread the butter on the “finger pressed “out dough. As to the calories she always said,”These rolls aren’t for the faint of heart, or those concerned with a fluffy bustle.😆😆👍 Sometimes I think of her and the wealth of love, life lessons and how to manage yeast! I didn’t have to write down recipes, I only have to go back in my mind and I’ll remember. ♥️

Oh my Rachel, these look delicious! I've only tried making cinnamon rolls twice in the last 50 years and the dough was so dry and tough! Seeing how fluffy yours turned out is absolutely what I needed to see! Thank you so much! You have an amazing gift for teaching! Your love and passion for cooking and your family is such an inspiration!❤

That little trick of waiting 5 minutes til the yeast is bubbley is crucial. After it bubbles add the butter if u must. Coconut cream is better for u. I use coconut milk alot now. Just as fattening but may be more heart healthy. It says milk on can but has alot of cream. U can whip it for topping too.

The best rolls I've ever had are the ones out of my ~25 to 30 year old Pillsbury cookbook. I always make a recipe of cinnamon and one of caramel rolls Christmas morning. Yum! You can make the dough the night before and let it rise in fridge overnight.

@@rachelcookswithlove This inspired me to try again. U know what I learned; Env.s of Red star do not keep well. It refused to bubble. I then added haf a pak of a odd brand and it foamed up!

And my husband is also Ron. Rachel Cooks With Love is my very favorite cooking channel. She is so precise and I love how she tastes everything she makes. Where do you find that roll of wire? I have used dental floss before but I love the wire. Rachel, I love how you explain What and Why. ❤

That was probably the best job I've ever seen of somebody showing how to make cinnamon rolls. Just watching you touch the dough with your hands and how gentle you were didn't use a rolling pin and beat the heck out of it, it all made sense everything you did made sense. I was amazed at how big after sitting to rise and you didn't skimp at all on the cinnamon and brown sugar I love that and you actually added butter to your glaze I'm making this as soon as I can there goes my diet

Hi Rachel! I’ve just discovered you and I’m dying to try your cinnamon rolls. My gif you made it look not only easy but you get so into what you’re cooking that it’s kind of intimate. But then eating is a very sensual pleasure. I’m somewhat disabled due to RA esp in my hands. Thought I’d lost the ability to make this beloved dish but with your almost gentle methods, I’m going to try! Thank you fir the delightful video and the inspiration❤️

I have RA also but I was able to make these absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls with hardly any problems to my hands. The way she folds the flower in and everything is stirred gently and then patted out instead of rolled out, was an amazingly easy on my hands. Good luck and I hope you can accomplish what I was able to do also they're so worth it.

This is the first of Rachel's recipes I've made and they came out amazing. I normally make homemade cinnamon rolls in the mixer with the dough hook and knead the dough a lot. They're good, but nothing like these. My friend described them as "pillows" they are so soft. This will be my new "go to" recipe for rolls. Thanks, Rachel! I can't wait to move on to the tortillas.
