Thinking of the number three in order to forget it does not seem to me similar to emotions and feelings that comes up without thinking of them at all. I don't feel this is a good example... I have been avoiding unpleasant feelings that would come up since I can remember. Way before I even know they had a name. This information is helpful. Thank you!
