Why is police overtime necessary to enforce the law? The people partying with their boombox cars in parking lots are certainly easy to locate. Is it too dangerous for the on duty police to get out of their cruisers and write tickets?

i live at post st and acosta st the traffic on the weekend is awful cars speeding and it al happens when the bars close there's been like 10 crashes in the last 6 months they need to figure it out

Why are the police extorting businesses? Patrol for nightlife areas are a must for most cities. This should be SOP.
