However, I would've taken the opportunity to turn that upstairs loft and bedroom in to the Master bedroom with retreat area. Thanks again Chakits.

Make the videos as long as you want. People can fast forward through anything they aren’t interested in. You won’t be able to make everyone happy! I love watching your videos personally. Also I like the double sink because sometimes I wash off dishes before I’m ready to put them in the dishwasher. I put those on one side and then anything added that hasn’t been washed off goes in the other side.

For the price, its a great home. The "Catwalk" to the storage area is kind of strange, maybe a design flaw, but probably made to access the storage closet, I wonder why they put the storage closet there. If it was an additional room, then that would have been better. I appreciate your candor, its nice to hear honest opinions about properties. It helps determine what may need to be done. I love this property. I first discovered your channel about 7 months ago & I have been returning ever since. I've even introduced 'you' to some friends who have also found your channel enjoyable & informative. I usually tune into you twice a week & even find myself at the office sometimes taking a peak. By watching your show I have learned substantially about properties & what to look for when searching one out. Your tours are extremely informative & you always take the time to explain things to we laypeople that we would otherwise miss or not even know was a possibility or issue. I saw you feature a few properties in Florida as well which was great for me as I'm considering my retirement in that sunny state & having the opportunity to see some properties located there is a great help. I absolutely love this home, I would change the color floor in the powder room, and I would put a desk in that little space on the side of the stairs and make it a little office nook, course not a big desk but just a small one.

Another great house showing Chakits! love the backyard just the right amount space for that size of a home. To answer your question I prefer a double sink in the kitchen and as for the length of your videos take your time Chakits ( am nosy...lol) I like to see everything.

Man, I was in town and had to drive over there to see model 2. All the models were great, btw. Went down the road a bit to see their other offerings. I noticed that a couple of the secondary bedrooms had the closet in the bathroom. Hmmmm. But, everyone was great at the Vistas. I also drove over to the ridges to see Silver Ridge. I think Lake Las Vegas is a better locale, btw, than Summerlin. I found the places smaller than what I expected, but like WOW, the models were pure eye candy. The understated elegance of William Lyons is what makes the models so terrific. I compare these designs with the Toll Bros, whose models can be over the top. I need to go over to Axis, next.

I know its about 900sq.ft smaller than the house yesterday, but its still pretty nice. There some problems...but overall pretty good. I don't like hows there's no pantry. Other than that, the kitchen is good... I even like this island better and that monstrous island from yesterday. That weird space beside the upstairs is baffling, but whatever. What I really liked about this home was the colour choices. Loved the dark color cabinets and railings (and faux beams), and the use of the stone feature walls. The only thing I find about the layout is the back of the home is staggered, doesn't really allow for a large pool that this yard could handle. Maybe a tear-drop shaped pool (those went out of style in the 70s tho...). Good showing Chakits!!

Another beautiful home. I'm not a fan of the closet in the bathroom; in the very first bedroom by the entrance. For people who like to take longer hot showers, I feel like over time some clothes will become moldy. Especially those you never touch nor wear. And regarding that extra random space upstairs, it can be turned into a laundry room or bar. I love the fact that there is a whole living room and dining room for the kids upstairs, but it was just waaaayyy too big and spacious unnecessarily. All that extra space could have been added into the bedrooms and closets cause two of the bedrooms upstairs have really tiny closets and it doesn't make sense when there's all that dead spare space. All in all I enjoyed the tour. But the video right before this takes the cake though...with this builder.

If this house had a pool in that awesome back yard it'd be perfect. The garden boxes are awesome. I built 3 of them out of trex and there is nothing better than home grown tomatoes cucumbers beets carrots and well, the list of home grown veggies goes on. It's takes some time but well worth it. You should at least have a place at your home to have a couple tomato plants. After eating home grown you will be spoiled and never want store veggies again.

Love this house!! I like the fact that there is no formal LR and DR those are just wasted space for me, I like the master being on the first floor. I think the small space upstairs could be a little office with a desk?? I do wish there was a vanity table in the master bath. I also like that the secondary bedrooms are good size. Your doing a great job on your videos!!

The description says 4 Bedrooms/3 Baths. I am sure I counted 5 Bedrooms and 4 Baths. The bedroom at the front of the house with it's own bath. The Master Bedroom with it's bath. And then 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths upstairs. That is a big house. And I love all the upstairs living space.

Really like the house with a couple of exceptions. Dead space, master not using that beautiful space upstairs. Not into the closet in the bathroom. Think about it. Your clothes will pick up the smell, and who wants poopy smelling clothes. Keep doing what you are doing. Your honest opinion is why I subscribed to your station.

I would Not do dark floors and cabinets because I have that now plus dark countertops and I hate it. It makes everything so dark and the space small. I'm in the process of changing it though. It just cost a lot of money.

Yep! Details about the actual home content is VERY HIGHLY appreciated. Random comments about your Personal likes and dislikes...not so much. It's your channel so do as you wish...but consider minimizing critical statements concerning your personal preferences that may not be an issue for buyers. It could be someone's dream home that you personally don't care for.

He makes GREAT points every times he educates on standard vs optional content, buying process, mortgage process, etc. That is what an advisor is supposed to do. But buying a home is as much emotional as it is based on facts and figures. And the frequent injection of "I personally don't like this" or that can be a turn-off and umm...nit-picky. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes and should not have their own choices questioned by opinions they didn't ask for. But again...it's his channel and his business. I'm just saying for me (and others apparently) that's erecting an unnecessary hurdle.

@@chakits1 For what it's worth, I'm retired now from 45 years as a housing developer. 20 Years single family. 25 years condo. So that probably has something to do with my particular sensitivity to product criticisms. Developers take HUGE risks on these projects as well you know. Often times a developer that starts a major project is not the developer that finishes that project. And I know you've seen that too. But again...you present absolutely the finest the LV market has to offer, in my opinion. Keep them coming. God Bless! 😀
