One of my techniques is this: your thoughts and emotions are like you driving a train. They have a lot of momentum. In order to let them go, hop off the train and watch the train go by. When the train passes, cross the street.

such a good video. i’m currently going through a break up but it’s slowly getting better, even though i never thought it would some months ago. my biggest advice would be to be honest with yourself as shown in the video but if you’re going through a breakup, go no contact. and no contact also includes not stalking their social media. i know it’s hard but it helps a lot and it gets easier over time.

For 12 years I smoked weed to numb my emotions, it wasn’t until this year I got 100% sober and man, all the emotions flooded in!! I’m finally in the headspace to acknowledge, process, and let them go. Thanks for the break down in this video!

One thing I always tell my clients/students/friend/whoever is that if you are still letting go, you haven’t let go. If you’re not sure of what to let go of, it’s usually the first thing that pops into your head when you ask yourself what do I need to let go of? Thank you, Clark.❤

I can relate to this video. Sometimes when emotions comes over me , I feel like to cry profusely and at that point of time I don’t stop my tears. I cry, I acknowledge that this what I am feeling at the moment and vent it out. I let that emotion pass through and eventually start feeling better. In my head I’ll say I’m not my thoughts and my brain is just trying to be over protective by releasing fear or negative emotions or attachment. I still struggle but working towards it. Thanks for such an amazing video.

Me too. I have the same issues. I release but it's like endless...but not sure if grief is the same thing or if it's a different method to ease this pain.

Great content you can tell he really spent a lot of time focusing and studying letting go. Definitely not easy but necessary I’ve been going through the process for a couple years after noticing I’ve been hurting for over 15 years. What he is saying in the video is definitely facts. Not that simple when you have David Guetta's song rolling in your head... 🎶It's the sound of letting go🎶 Ever since i got to this point, its been very hard to let go of the annoying sound of letting go, replaying over and over. This one stupid song is ruining everything.

Love & joy keep getting flipped around in their order of high vibe on your videos. I know they are both in the 2.0 and flow higher spot, but which is truly higher? Joy or love, or does it even matter, I realize you said there are variations of the graph, just wanting to clarify. Then what type of love is this on the scale? Romantic, consummate, love of humanity, love of the moment, love of oneself?

Just know this is their labels not yours. A friend once asked me to ask the question. How empty and sad is someone’s life where they only can focus on bringing others down? It made me think and start having more compassion. You don’t have to have a physical connection with your family to still love them.
