Great video Joe! Looks like a relatively easy swap, luckily, other than the disassembly! Be glad you weren't trying to stretch fabric and reattach it to old frame rather than just swapping the fabric and frame over complete :)

I learned this the other day where it rips there are 2 rivets on the frame that cause it to tear so put a bit of tape or something similar over them to stop this happening in the future

I wonder if removing the top completely like you did to swap will make replacing the material on a top a bit easier. Definitely something to think about. Thanks for posting.

Worth noting that the reason your philips / pozi screwdriver doesn't fit the fixings well is because they're all JIS screws (Japanese Industry Standard)
