Clear dust collection hood for router, lathe, or sanding

Dust collection on a lathe, router table, or during hand sanding can be problematic. With this clear dust hood on the end of an adjustable extension arm, I can collect all the fine dust that otherwise would be going into the air, and my lungs.

Thanks for sharing. Just found your channel and learning a lot. As a hobby, I also do wood working with smaller pieces were precision is important (mechanical puzzles). Laser cutter and CNC router have been helpful. Wish there was a CNC scroll saw.

I think you just saved me about $1000 in a dust collector for my lathe. I don't mind cleaning up the wood chips and shavings, it is the fine dust that I want to collect. And the big Dust Collectors don't do it that well either unless you spend more on the dust collector than I did on the lathe, which seems backwards to me. Thanks.
