Doing this can and will get you into trouble folks......There are still plenty of people around who send out web crawlers or manually looking for copyright infringers. The images are still covered by copyright law from any website that produces the original images. Faceit folks, copying is still copying, no matter if you slice together images of images and text or just images, they are still copies of an original piece of work!!! Doing that without permission is illegal! What he's doing is taking advantage of the fact that when an image is on a website it has data conected to it and not just an image. Most crawlers including googles crawlers check for that data in an image or textual data from a site and may or may not check the actual image itself. When you screen shot a site, non of the image or text data connected with that site is collected. So slicing together several screenshots will indeed be a physical copy with no data apart from the data that you save your sliced image as. But that is still copying someone else's work or intellectual property If you want to do sites or landing pages that load fast and are images only, check out Canva, they let you do 1 or more pages that are images only. They also have lots of templates that you can use legally. 😀 What he's doing is producing a simple one page clone of a site that tells you in it's terms that you cannot use any of their images or site text for your promotions. Dohhhhhhh....😭😭😭
