I’m on day 7 and now I’m able to do more. I started on the 18th of last month. I was doing the 1000 calories weighted plate workout with 1 hr of stationary biking, then I switched to the 30 day workout...My body fat is dropping so fast...I’m looking forward to these workouts... I love it! Thank you.

These are really good workouts, diverse. I have done body pump in past which I enjoyed however seemed to do the same exercises and worked the same muscles . These are definitely not monotonous.
