hello again. I have to say how much I appreciate your workouts. You could have them with a paid subscription. I do similar workouts with my trainer and oay a lot per hour. Anyway, I wanted to ask if we are supposed to combine your 20 minute workouts in some way or repeat them. and how much calories per workout ?

Hi again & thanks for the feedback :) If you like this "old stuff" just wait till next week when I show you some new suspension workouts shot by the water at beautiful Bronte Beach. The new footage will be available with my own voice in English as well as voice overs in Spanish, Portuguese & Chinese (Mandarin). Again all free of charge to my KZbin subscribers. Look each 20mins workout will likely burn around 300 cals. Why don't you do 2 different 20min workouts back to back rather than repeating the same session? Further you'll notice that I don't upload too many 20mins videos anymore. Most of the new workouts are 45mins so it's a complete workouts (around 650cals). Unfortunately, this video freezes up. I've attempted multiple times. Freezes during first exercises. Hopefully, you can fix.

I just played the first 2 exercises and no freeze. Normally freezing has to do with your device or reception. try it with an alternative device.
