Hi, Marsha. I really appreciate your instructional style and the mini workouts you put together. I especially appreciate the videos you post without music. I like to mix in my own workout playlists, so it's really great when your videos aren't competing with that. I really appreciate the work you're doing to help those of us who can't hire you. Keep it up!

Every other day is ideal for Full Body Workouts. Always leave 24 hours in between similar workouts. Be sure to mix it up!

I loved the workout but I still need to strengthen the leg part of the workouts. I had a difficult time with the burpees. How do I build up to better burpees? I think I just need to keep at it.
