This dude is good, kinda makes me wonder if he has a military background the way he instructs, clear and to the point with motivation sprinkled in.

Currently supplement with creatine and for them kids I recommend it . When you only been on this grind for a year or two all the gains come to ur door . After a while you're body adapts and you gotta switch it up. Creatine works wonders cause it allows you to remain hydrated and maintain mass and also strenght through the roof
@FlexinGains8 жыл бұрын
Thomaso C that makes no sense for other body functions just include creatine if youre new to a program or training split, u can get this from red meats, foods, but not the big buck compare to a supplement not mention this product has bcaas which support lean mass weather u get youre nutrition in or not
@FlexinGains8 жыл бұрын
Thomaso C right, but the point of that is to increase lifting which engage more muscle mass. bro ive been on this grind for GUESS. ive been up n down this path u name it pre work out protein bars etc, i rather eat my protein it absorbs efficient, shake is cool cus its convenient
