I have to touch on this, since Larry said something that made me think of Bostin, and then later they mentioned him. First of all, RIP to Bostin, and I don't mean any disrespect, but we should learn from him. Larry said something early in the podcast, that basically alluded to "blast gear young bc your body can take it better than when you're older"... Or at least that's how I interpreted it. The problem being, that is what ultimately killed Bostin. He and I were the same age, we worked out at the same gym as teenagers until we were about 20 years old. I was an athlete and not on gear at the time, Bostin had aspirations to bodybuild and wanted to take the fast route. He did his 1 year crazy transformation, going from a kid who barely had muscle, to a freak for his age. That being said, he was blasting crazy amounts of gear and really he had no idea what he was doing. At one point he told me he was using 21 different compounds during his cycle... The kid was shooting gear in all kinds of crazy places too..... Now that's the problem of young people taking gear. He didn't need it at the time, he just needed to actually workout and eat, I was a year younger than him and much bigger without steroids, he didn't need it and he wasn't educated about what to take or how much. So I'm always one to turn kids away from gear at a young age, who's going to teach them the right ways? Nobody, and they're going to do serious harm to themselves. Again, nothing but respect for Bostin, it's sad to see him go so young, but let's please use that as a learning lesson to not push gear onto teenagers, or at least if you do, you better be telling them how to do it correctly. Thanks for the podcast, I don't mean to sound abrasive or sound like I'm hating on Larry, it just is a topic that hits close to home and I wanted to share my thought and opinion. It could help someone out there

I also have cervical spinal stenosis as well as SI joint pain and inflammation. I am currently treating the SI Joint problem with Soft Wave. 2 out of 12 treatments completed so far and already getting 20-30% improvement in pain and inflammation reduction. $1800 for 12 treatments here in Toledo Ohio. Non invasive and each session is like 20 minutes. I “might” try 4-6 sessions on the cervical spine area just to see how I respond. Soft Wave is like an ultrasound looking device that sends radio signals to problem areas to break up scar tissue, adhesions and draws stem cells to treated areas for healing. Well worth a try, and some patients can go 1.5 years + before any more touch up sessions are needed. Good luck ya’ll.

DNP at 200-300mgs day is safe and effective for most people. It’s when dosed above 400mgs where trouble starts. Every 100mgs of DNP increases metabolism about 11%. Why diet for 14-16 weeks when mild DNP use can get the job done in 6-8 weeks. Makes bulking in the offseason less intimidating because a bodybuilder can quickly go from 17% bodyfat to 12% in 2.5 weeks.

Using drugs for dieting is a waste when you can get there without them. They should be used for size and staying hard during the cut, neither which you can get naturally
