Great video! When Tom started asking, "What am I breaking down?" "What am I looking for?" "How am I supposed to view the content?" "I don't understand" LOL I felt that in my soul! I'm 28 and I'm just not a fan of these trend things, I don't have a TikTok, and I'm just NOT HIP lol. But I want so badly to put out cool content and be a great Agent. Currently taking my classes. So thank you Tom for asking those questions. After watching this video I went on Instagram and tried to find trends, but I'm not sure how to find them lol. I'll figure it out eventually. Like Scott said it takes a lot of time consuming.

I'm a mortgage banker and have also found that I need to focus on clients and their closings during the day, and focus on creating content at night....I've never been a night person and have been shocked that the creative juices start flowing more then.

Curious with those leads - what’s was the ad spend ? I got confused on the platform that generating those lead counts - And what’s the ad spend ??

He's got over 700k followers on TikTok so it's just organic posting - no ad spend. He was saying he tried a bunch of paid stuff before though

Just as an FYI Google defines short-form videos as 10 minutes or less.. shorts are different animal completely. Those are 1 minute or less.
