I started taking half a teaspoon of coconut oil a day for my stomach, and was pleasantly surprised how it made my face feel soft and smooth. Before it was rough and itchy. Seborrheic keratosis moles on my legs even came off easily. My hair became shiny and healthier. Also, my wrist pain went away. Coconut oil repairs all tissue: skin, hair, ligaments, muscle, joints, tendons. What a phenomenal fruit.
