@@hunterjohnston1330 search the bookcase at the top of Paramaya inn. Talk to Kaleb (lightbox)(sliding puzzle box). Panic at the top of Paramaya inn equip a rune plate red topaz necklace and a dragon dagger, beware of double agents. So many choices

This part of it is. There were multiple Geneva conventions. The most likely thing you'll encounter from it are international driving licences. You're allowed to use your native licence (under conditions) in other countries thanks to it.

I have something for this list. The rng. Surely the generator hasnt been changed in over 20 years. Way back when we used to use less than perfect random number generators because actually generating something random is impossible. It's time to update the rng. Use a new formula to make drops more consistent.

Isn't every Math.Random() for every programming language basically the same? You're just picking a number between a range of two numbers using a constant like the clock of the computer running the code. There isn't much you can do. It's random enough for a video game. Jagex isn't going to install 100 lava lamps with a video recording them to get "true random" numbers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A frustrating clue scrolls glitch is if you get the chance to fight the mimic but don't have it turned at the house. When you go switch it on and use the clue scroll again you loose your chance. Why doesn't it just enable the mimic for you and then ask if you want to fight it or not? Then if you select no it gives you a different step.

They should run leagues and dmm at the same time. Leagues is definitely pvm focused as dmm is pvp focused so it would give the entire playerbase something to do at the same time. I find dmm to be extremely boring and/or stressful. Where leagues almost no one is pking because there isnt a point except to grief. I dont like pking as i play mobile rs if i play at all.
