Donnell is hilarious. He had me laughing through this entire video. A lot of Black folks do say Gawd and not God LOL! Black chefs are so incredibly creative that they can make it easy to switch to a vegan lifestyle. I love saltfish and ackee and marinating the palm in nori flakes and kelp to bring the seafood taste is brilliant. The rest of the ingredients are traditional so I can't wait to try this dish.
