Your meal looks delish and I'm a huge fan of the Akee however I'm here in the USA and only have access to the canned version? How long should they be cooked also what other pepper can i substitute the Scott bonnet pepper for??

You can use cayenne pepper. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
