You should make video on brain fog! Cause there’s days where it’s so bad and I can barely read or think. I’ve been getting a lot better cause I’ve learned to accept my anxious thoughts and symptoms. I’d say I’m 60-70% recovered but recently have been setbacks. Thoughts on how to combat that?

Great suggestion and great to hear you are well on the way to recovery. I will explain more in the video but for now I recommend treating brain fog as you would any other symptom.

I really enjoy your videos. Very well explained. What is your opinion on sleep as one of the recovery tools. Since we can't control sleep and since anxiety affects sleep how do you see it compared to the other tools used in the recovery process?

Yes, sleep is important, and it is affected by anxiety as you say, but I have a few tips which I will expand on in a video: 1. Try and accept your current sleep patterns with openness - we can survive ok and recover even if we have broken or short sleep cycles 2. Focus on what you can control - practice with anxiety symptoms throughout each day and treat sleep worries as just another 'What if' What you do during the day will help calm your nervous system over time and improve sleep 3. Never 'try' to get to sleep or go back to sleep - use the tools I describe to manage anxieties, frustrations, worries, thoughts or discomfort and give permission for your body to go to sleep when it is ready I hope that helps for now.
