Thank you! I just tried this for some gentle exercise (after a one month hit of influenza, strep, and pneumonia) without making me sick. Was surprised that the leg lifts took a bit of effort! Glad I started here and not like, squats. Wouldn't have realized I needed leg strengthening without this video. Glad to have this on my pots/eds journey.

Thank you so much! I had a terrible experience with a physio the other day who gave me several complicated exercises to do every other day for 20 minutes. I just wanted to add some more easy stuff to the "snacks" I do through out the day. With my EDS and fibro, this is perfect

Thanks for this! When you talk about the pelvis being heavy, should the lower back also be flat on the ground or should there be a space between the lower back and the ground?

Over time, the muscles will relax and there will be no gap or a small gap. But don’t force it down.

Thanks so much Jeannie! I like to combine your youtube videos with The Zebra Club. They help me to focus on small specific exercises when I can't do a whole class or to focus quickly on some of my most acute EDS issues. I go to your channel for the coathanger exercises (in addition to the head and migraine class that helps a lot), for the exercises to do at the desk (as an alternative to the gentle seated work out class), for feet exercises as well. I love your top 5 here, really accessible and useful. I will definitely incorporate them in my daily routine! 💜 A small suggestion for a future video 😺 I like to walk or hike almost everyday. As it can be quite intense and my body might struggle to recuperate, I don't always manage to combine them with TZC classes. Whenever I'm more active (especially during the summer months), I'm not as good at keeping up with the classes even though my body needs them as well. Could you recommend some exercises we can easily do in the woods, in a parc or in the garden?

The cause of having hypersensitized nervous system is cervical instability Cervical instability effects spinal cord and vagus nerve that is nearby which resulted in instability of autonomic ( parasympathetic and sympathetic) nervous system. So . I think ... Exercise shall be aim for instability of cervical spine

We cannot put all down to CCI. It is multi factorial.
