@@RockyTerrintino Because they’re lying for optics. The story in the dude’s head is still one of self-importance and how his decisions have broader consequences for “the culture”. The guy literally said he only changed his language because it got him in trouble. It’s obvious to conclude that he sees humility as a branding tactic-which is fake af On a side note, he was right about people with low self-esteem reacting with negativity towards confidence/self-assuredness. It’s a means of projection due to the sad reality that the detractors often can’t imagine themselves as powerful and assertive for their interests (the type of person that expects everything to be solved for them)

2nd half of the episode was rlly good. Glad i came back to finish it. Anyway, the interaction w guapdad rlly brought a smile to my face, and wonder to my head. Makes me think about how infatuated or in love you could be with someones art but when it comes to a relationship with that individual, it can be very different. I picture a scene where you actually end up becoming friends with someone who’s art (music in this case) you really enjoy. But you two have a falling off eventually. The ponderous part to me is how you still might maintain the same relationship with the art, but now with an additional layer of proximity to it, which in some cases could ruin it all together. Idk thats my stoned philosophical blabber, idrk where that leads to. Anyways I appreciate all the humility in this video. There are def some lessons to be extracted, and also in a odd way i feel reassured by ass pizza’s talking.

As much as I love the creativity of Complexcon I can't help but feel like that entire event was a prime example of the issues AssPizza was talking about. Fast money fast fame and that's majority of what it is. The industry has really gotten to a point now where there's so many brands and wanna be companies that nothings original, nothings special and no one cares anymore. People really need to step back, look and actually do more to help the environment and the culture.
