You are so thrifty. You come up with concepts that most people would never even dream of. Although you do not consider yourself a programmer, you execute these wonderful concepts like you are. Don't bash yourself. Your ideas rock!

Awesome! I made a similar AI myself, except I only used one algorithm, and I tried to do it all in one game tick (and every game tick). As you can imagine, that caused quite a bit of lag!

could you try updating this to 1.9? im sure it would be much smaller with all those kill commands packed in to like one command block, if it could get smaller thanks to 1.9 then it might be able to be used in one command creations!
@gamerguppy9 жыл бұрын
+Adam Eason Certainly planning to do that! However I think it won't be able to make it into a single commandblock ever. Many commands are nested execute commands, which take up too much character space. However there should be a massive performance increase due to the more efficient commandblocks. Good thinking though!

Wow! Amazing work! I just want to ask, since both Dijkstra and A* use priority queue, how do you even make normal queue in Minecraft, let alone priority queue?

Wow, that's very impressive! I used Dijkstra's algorithm for one of my first projects after college, but it wasn't for a game.
@zdreamz69308 жыл бұрын
Idk if you realise this but in 1.9+ you can make this much more easily heres how 1.summon an invisable zombie with a specific name/tag and increase its follow range 2.put this zombie on a specific team (such as black) 3.summon an invisable villager with specific name/tag with no ai 4.put everyone besides the villager on the same team as the zombie 5.tp the armor stand to the zombie 6.tp the villager at the desired location Done... So in total youll need to run like 5 commands once and have 6 repeating command blocks to achieve the same effect(the number of cmmd blocks depends on what do you want to use it for...) This might seem more complicated but it uses far less command blocks and cpu power then the version shown in the video Please note:this doesnt work in 1.8 or below
