RealTalk it always seems to me that men always get the short end of the stick. If he has custody of the kids and mom is supposed to be paying, and doesn't, they really don't go after her. If the roles are reversed, the man is hounded until he pays.

Anything to keep from working, while receiving 'govt support' & *everything* concerning the child is covered by govt assistance. Think after finding out kid was autistic, decided was too good to have/be seen w/what she deems as a 'damaged child's! Unknown to her, the child is perfect, even w/autism. Let me tell you how much I love this judge and this show. Yesterday I went shopping. While at the store I heard this teenager trying to get her mom to buy her a 1,000 dollar diamond bracelet. She was telling her mom why that was a cheap price and why she needed the bracelet. The mom was clearly trying to figure out how her daughter got to be so spoiled because she kept asking her to explain her reasoning over and over. Well, I'm a mom as well, so I thought I'm going to help this lady out. I turned to the daughter and said " Listen. It sounds like you are here just trying to waste her time." The mom burst out laughing and said "Girl! You are quoting my favorite court room drama! Yes, my daughter is trying to waste my time!" I originally started watching this show specifically for the education part. But, now I watch it for the entertainment part!

I'm an accountant this case doesn't make any sense. This women has a condo and she is paying $5000 mo. Now $5000 x 12mo. is $60000 for the year. She stated her income is only $35000. That doesn't add up at all.
