Great vid explaining the GPS/Vario set up and your installation, mixes,tweaks and mods and flight characteristics of the conscendo. Your vid on the flaperons was most helpful and thank you for passing on the setup for that. I like how you explain your walk through on the subject at hand, easy to understand and follow and makes sense. Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much. I love the Conscendo. It has given me so many great flights including a few thermal powered climbs to over 1000 feet early on pre-FAA regs. Gotta love that vario! I'd do a similar video for my UMX version but there is not much you can do to Baby Conscendo except change the pushrod position. If you get one put the 3s battery in it.

Thanks for all the info! I also put an altimeter into my Conscendo - most of all to set an upper limit to alarm when I exceed legal limits. I also Setup the beeping just to learn that it is super annoying after a couple of seconds 😂. On my DX8e, there is no option to change the volume. BTW: You do not have to power cycle the electronics to reset the altitude, you just need to press clear when in the altitude screen.

Some short CF spars along the length of the fuse where it cracked hold things in place very well. The CF spar lengths (4"is enough) make the front rock solid again. I had a Conscendo slam into a wandering rock while sloping, and the repair is almost invisible afterwards. This model is really great for resurrecting after crashes!

I just hot glued mine and it has held up just fine. It is an easy fix.

Sorry to be so tardy, but I've been away from the site for a while. The 1300 works too, but the 1800 4s is a lot of fun.
