I started doing this workout I m initial 85kg and 20 years old I can feel my body weight it's my tummy as you suggested I started with ur 6 min warmup and this video.I really wanna thank you for this amazing workout everytime I finish doing it i feel amazing and I burn lot of calories I would recommend everyone to start thier fitness journey Keep oneself in good shape

Love 18 minute fat burning workout I started with 20 lb weights this is my first time doing this workout really enjoyed it would like to see workouts for the abdominals and calves muscles. the music is dope. great motivation. thanks keep up the good work. Hey Donnell and welcome to the team! 😁 The majority of my workouts will include an exercises, and a good portion of them include some type of lunge or sometimes a jump rope that will hit the calves. Even if you don't have a jump rope, I give alternative exercises you can do on those workouts.

Is this for full body? Like will this make me loose fat on the whole body?

Yes it's full body, but no workout can ever "target" where your body loses fat. Everyone ineigidually burns fat in different places. If you wanted to lose fat in your arms, and did a bunch if arm workouts, you could build muscle in your arms, but your body may lose fat near the abdominals or glutes. We're all unique.

The fastest way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet full of whole foods, and not eat too much. Although workouts can definitely help out with weightloss. I would workout 2-3 times a week if you are a beginner, and then as your body adapts and becomes less sore bump it up to 4-5 times a week.

The only way you can make your body bigger (through muscle growth) is if you follow workout program that specifically designed to build muscle along with eating in a caloric surplus. If you work out hard and heavy all day long but eat salads you won't gain muscle. If you eat a ton of food all day but don't follow workout routines are designed to build you muscle, you'll just build fat. This workout is designed for a muscle strength, endurance and improving cardio. You cannot gain much muscle, if at all doing this program.

I would do this specific workout no more than once a week. I would perform 3-4 workouts a week, with a day of rest after every other workout. I have a playlist full of different dumbbell workouts on my channel. The amount of calories burned would vary for each individual. If I gave an average, I would say around 200-300 calories. But only if you work hard!

I almost fainted, I took a break around 2 mins, imma go to the end with this everyday now -Im 101 kg -Height 187 cm Will see how it goes for few weeks -btw I didnt do the whole workout i stoped at most at 30 or 40 secs Is that ok, imma try go till the end every day

Correct. It can help build muscle endurance along with helping you lose weight, but this workout isn't designed for muscle building.

A good weight is a weight that allows you to stay in control and move well the entire time. For these workouts, the weight should feel light enough to allow you to keep moving from start to finish.
