You have another great vide, bro! I have 5 r 30 reps. Those rows were lovely - did small sets of 4-5 starting from the third round!

Hey sir! That was a grip kiler for me! I fell one rep short to finish the 6th round, so my score is 5 Rounds+59 reps with my 30lbs db. Loved it! Regards from Mexico.

How about DB snatches, burpees and pull-ups or ring rows or push ups.

I typically only do dumbbell and jump rope exercises so they are able to be done by most people at home. Majority of people working at from home don't have things or pull up bars. Expect DB snatches again soon!
