He has quietly replaced Federal Judges with people loyal to him alone with the 3 Supreme Court justices that he has replaced with his loyalist. It is possible that he will replace more Supreme Court justices during this term. If that happens he will control the Supreme Court even after he leaves office (if he chooses to leave office). Most of his staff that he appoints during his first 100 days will be his personal loyalist. We talk about the damage he will inflict on this democratic country, that is nothing to the damage he will inflict after he leaves office (if he leaves office). As a Democrat and a white senior American woman, I am scared spit-less for myself and for all other women, young, old, white, black, Latino, Asian…… who live in the United States. Let it be known, I VOTED AGAINST trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024. As far as I can see approximately 55% of eligible Americans voted in this election. Considering how close Vice President Kamala Harris came to winning this election, I can only imagine what the results would have been had even half of those who did not stand up to their RESPONSIBILITY and vote would have been. I cringe when I hear people say that half of America voted for trump. That is not true. Less than 1/3 of the adult population in the United States voted for trump. Of course the same is true for Vice President Kamala Harris. That means that at least 1/3 of the adults in this country did not vote for anyone. Since I believe that all of the MAGA Party voted , I sincerely believe that had even 1/2 of the 1/3 who did not vote, voted we would be celebrating our 1st female president.

Just because physical ailments or physical health can be appreciated by simply looking, it doesn’t mean that mental health disabilities and pathologies, which are not visibly apparent and continuing to spread as a contagious disease would … does not mean that those mental illnesses are not present. We must listen to the experts who are trained to understand and assess without prejudice. The consequences of not educating oneself by not trusting the experts are dire. Ignorance and fealty to the “propagandists for trump” may portend the death of democracy and our subjugation to the will of evil forces who aspire to control us, remove all personal freedoms, and reduce our nation to just another pawn of authoritarian dictatorships around our precious planet.

How interesting. In research conflicts of interest must be declared. The APA had a profound conflict of interest, although that occurred only retrospectively. The APA is reported to have been pressured; Yale School of Medicine, where Dr. Lee instructed, as well as at Yale Law, and pursued research, was also pressured, sufficiently that she was directly dismissed from the facility, where she had pursued her researches on violence for 17 years. Her C.V. is more extensive, and those whose perception is merely contentiously political and partisan should explore her research, writings, and findings in the last 30 years.

Why do people feel that belonging and inclusion supercedes all moral imperatives, legal precepts and religious doctrine? Is it a highjacking of the parasympathetic nervous system, a form of addiction and identity? Trumpism is an example, but not the only example.
