I purchased a wagyu beef patties from Walmart. It is affordable and available. The fat content is high so the texture is a little soft comparing with the regular Angus beef patties. It has a mild and good flavor. I would buy it again the cook some meat balls. Please like my video and subscribe to my channel. Thank you 🙏

My man, I know you like those buns toasted...but may I suggest what my Grandma always does?... Get those patties out after done, use that grease left behind, if a LOT of grease reduce till a fine layer is all that's left...and drop those buns in middles down, splash a little water in the pan and immediately put a top over it...the grease and temp will toast AND load the bun with flavor, and the steam will soften the inside of it...o ya. Enjoy my friend.

I started noticing these at Walmart recently and have been trying them. Two things to say. First, they are DELICIOUS. My personal way to make them is to season with salt and pepper and then fry some peppers and onions along with them and just eat it without a bun. Second, they are currently actually the cheapest form of fresh beef you can buy at Walmart. Even cheaper than stew beef. Cheap AND delicious makes me very happy.

I get those. I'm on a Keto diet so I make one with some sauted mushrooms, some sugar free BBQ sauce and a head of broccoli covered in butter. Makes a great meal. The other two are regular burgers for the wife and daughter. Which I usually finish also after removing the buns. I'm not sure how they do waygu so cheap as it's cheaper than angus, but it works.

I like these burgers and I buy La Banderita street taco tortillas to use as my bun. They are zero net carbs. So you it's not as plain as just having a party and it tastes dang good! We call them Mexiburgers.

So get this, i dont use the patties, i use the 1lb packs. I take it out and flatten it to where its an inch think. I then season it and cook it like a steak in a pan. I make it a medium. I accidentally over cooked one time to well done and it was still good. Its an excellent substitute if you dont want to pay 18 - 22 for a ribeye at a store. And make sure if you make it a mid rare or medium, that u rest it, because they need more time to rest than a steak.

@NathanialParker

I did exactly that! I bought the other package instead of the pre-made patties. Use literally half of the beef per patty and smash thin. This guy has no idea how to cook that burger, or toast buns. Make sure your skillet is blistering hot and use butter to toast the buns in the skillet first. Do not season until the patty is in the skillet, then just use salt and pepper. If you do it right, it's the best

Great job! I like to put a thin layer of Mayo on the buns before toasting to give them the classic diner burger taste. Try it out and hope you like it.

Haven't seen any patties at my Wallys, only NY strip and rib eyes. Not the greatest cook ever. So far most of the time they come out cooked longer than I d like. Trying to find the right time and heat settings. Had a NY strip tonight, let's just say I didn't find the sweet spot and was a little dry. Not bad, not great

I just made these today. I bought the same but it was the ground pack. Not the patties. 2 packs. I added 2 eggs, parsley, finely chopped onions and yellow mustard. Mixed everything and fry over butter. Serve American cheese. Plain ketchup and mustard. It was really good.

@@alexathome Your pan made everything you cook turn bright yellow, henceforth, I am disagreeing with your claims basis as being "regular". Being a seasoned cast iron user, with everyday use of cast iron of many sizes I can tell you from first hand experience that the color transfer of the pan to your meat is everything but "regular".

I really didn’t like the texture for a burger, bought the meat from Sam’s and made my own patties but I would think it’s the same meat as Walmart. I haven’t had any other wagyu burgers other then from Sam’s so can’t say how it compares to wagyu in general.
