The Best and MOST FAMOUS Red Sauce Beef Smothered Burrito | Wet Burrito

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best beef smothered burrito, in case you don’t know what that is, it’s basically a burrito stuffed with your choice of meat, beans, and rice and drown in a red sauce! seriously super easy and delicious, Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste! this is the way I was taught and I really hope you enjoy this recipe as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘
Ingredients:
2 lbs chuck pot roast
9 New Mexico chile pods
2 chile pasilla
5 chile de árbol
1 onion
6 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt
Pepper
Large burrito tortillas
Your choice of cheese, I used mexican style cheese
Optional:

Hi Claudia, This is "Gringo Grandma". I love your recipes, but especially the way you so carefully explain your techniques. I combined your "Beef Chili Colorado" with this smothering sauce as a burrito. I made my burritos individually on the plate including beans, fresh onions and cilantro, the beef and cotija cheese. I covered with your smothering sauce and topped with mexi-blend, into the hot oven just long enough to melt the cheese. I even impressed my Mexican Daughter-in-Law. Thanks so much!
