Good analysis on that red A3 with the rebuilt front end. Those things are great little cars while they are under warranty, but then they turn into maintenance nightmares and their value drops like a stone.

And they'll cost you a fortune to do anything with anytime something kicks the bucket.... Which Audi is very well known to do. You couldn't give me one for free.... I'll stick with my gorgeous imported 1973 Lincoln Continental (I live in the UK before you ask what the hell). It was born the same year as I was . I did full ground up restoration . Black metallic with black leather and wood trim interior (all special extra special features included ). It's an amazingly brilliant car that turns heads and can pull my 4 horse horsrfloat as easy as if it was pulling a tissue. And the most comfortable seats in a car I've ever sat in. Won't change it for anything. (no it's not my only car but it's my favourite by far!!). Chriss from London UK

LunarOutlaw’s Garage sounds like you’re doing it wrong if you’ve rode the juice 3 times today. Keep in mind, 70 years ago our electrical forefathers played by a different set of rules, regulations and codes. What seems f’in stupid to us now, may have been standard then.

The Genesis has a pretty noticable piston slap. The Corean engines(at least the smaller ones) are notorious for wearing out the piston skirts, and eventually score the cylinder bore, making for not more than a 100-150k recource. I would stay away.

The backup camera on the Audi is normal! It'll stay on for a minute after you leave reverse, just start driving and it'll turn off. But it's front-wheel drive and an A3- the A4 is much more fun to drive and feels more luxury car. That Mini is a regular Cooper, that's not as awfully unreliable as a Cooper S!

The bearings for the power steering pump pulley go bad and give you a winding noise. And sometimes it leaks fluid and sometimes not.
