Speak to said family about the time they go to sleep. That will tell you how much energy they're meeting you with and how much energy you need to bring. Eat before or after you feed them. Refueling them alone will burn you out fast. Suggest to the family that they strategically rotate between two nannies. That way you have more than a weekend off for homework, your own household chores, and or rejuvenation.
