The fact that you needed a break in the middle should have warned me! I kept taking little breaks by the end and needed to modify the last few rounds of pushups. But it will get better, tysm for kicking my butt with this one!

Genuinely amazed that Stefanie falls off the ball for those side plank holds! She is such a machine and so in control of everything usually. Nice to see her "human", but also bit funny as this seems like one of the easier exercises.

As soon as I get a ball I will start this routine, reallly awesome, but this one will definitely take me much longer to master than the first millicamp which I am still training for

[irony on] As someone who's never trained in his life, this set seemed so easy that I did it 7 times in a row and didn't even break a sweat. I made some modifications, for example: the split pushups I did whilst holding 3000 year old Chinese porcelain vase (filled with unicorn tears) on my head, needless to say I did all pushups with one finger. As a set finale, I jumped a triple-axle whilst solving a rubrik's cube. Yeah, Staffi, please do something more difficult next time. [irony off] People, don't try this set, it will kill you. 😂

I love this workout! But ... any advice for the high plank extended leg push up? I can do the split, and I can do push ups, but this... I can’t even get the position. I’ll keep trying. Also, I’ll keep training till I can do the whole workout without pausing, hehe And I’d love to see a whole week training!!!

Well this is the hardest move in the routine i think. You have to be really really good at splits and be able to balance on the pezziball as well. Keep trying it! I have more workout videos to come. I will think about a one week training routine!

Hi Tony, try it! you can do breaks in between that is no problem. You will get stronger and be able to do the whole thing without a break i am sure 🥰

@@stefaniemillingerofficial Thank you so much Stefanie, I am really trying to concentrate on my strength training & incorporating some cardio & HIIT. Might tag this to the end of another workout, once you get stronger can yoiu repeat it say twice for 1/2 hour workout. Can you go through holding the correct form, when you do the plank for examplke you have to tuck your bottom down to really use your abs..

Im Vergleich zu dir, fühl ich mich bei diesem Workout wie ein gestrandeter Wal😅 Aber es ist super, motiviert, dranzubleiben💪 Nach ein paar Malen ist auch das Gleichgewicht halten auf dem Ball nicht mehr so schwer🤭

I’d love to see a workout that involves strength plus flexibility. Personally, I’m decent with my flexibility, but I lack strength and thus can’t really increase it further.

Well finally, after 3 weeks I got my hands on a pezziball. I just watched this video 2 times so that I could make a list of all the exercises. Then, I tried to divide them in different level categories: basic, intermediate & extreme. If you have watched the video I am sure you know which one is the extreme one hahaha

Day 0: (26/10) Trying out some exercises and creating first workout plan Well after a 7 minute real intensive workout I can assure that even the basic exercises are very demanding if you are not use to this kind of training. But that’s okay, it means that you, we have plenty of room for improvement! 😁🤪 This is the exercise work plan that I will try to follow in my first training: -2min wrist warm up -high plank hold 30s -full range high plank into dolphin 30s -plank pulses 30s -shoulder taps 30s -1minute rest -arm raises 30s -push ups 30s -plank hold 30s -side hold left 30s -side hold right 30s As I said, I am new to this kind of exercises so sin this first workout I will try to do the exercises that I have labeled as “basic”. After that workout, we will probably change the order and definitely the amount of time that we spent doing each exercise. Much fun coming soon haha 😆

Day 1: (Trying the basic exercises out) After doing this first day of training I can now evaluate more precisely how many reps and for how long I can hold each exercises. Total: 16min -2min wrist warm up -high plank hold 30s -full range high plank into dolphin 30s (This one was too difficult for now) -plank pulses 30s -shoulder taps 30s (10 taps) -arm raises 30s (8 raises) -push ups 30s. (8 push ups) -plank hold 30s -side hold left 30s -side hold right 30s What I learnt from this session and how the next is going to be like: 2min wrist warm up was quite good 3 sets of (with 1minute rest in between) high plank hold 30s shoulder taps (6) push ups (4) arm raises (4) 2 sets of (with 1 minute rest) plank hold 30s side hold left 20s side hold right 20s plank pulses 30s Move to learn: (try to do half range) full range high plank into dolphin

Pros compared to #1: you can modify and put the ball closer to your knees. Cons: you need the full split for this workout! I was like WHAT'S GOING ON?!?! 😬😵😬
