The fact that you needed a break in the middle should have warned me! I kept taking little breaks by the end and needed to modify the last few rounds of pushups. But it will get better, tysm for kicking my butt with this one!

[irony on] As someone who's never trained in his life, this set seemed so easy that I did it 7 times in a row and didn't even break a sweat. I made some modifications, for example: the split pushups I did whilst holding 3000 year old Chinese porcelain vase (filled with unicorn tears) on my head, needless to say I did all pushups with one finger. As a set finale, I jumped a triple-axle whilst solving a rubrik's cube. Yeah, Staffi, please do something more difficult next time. [irony off] People, don't try this set, it will kill you. 😂

I love this workout! But ... any advice for the high plank extended leg push up? I can do the split, and I can do push ups, but this... I can’t even get the position. I’ll keep trying. Also, I’ll keep training till I can do the whole workout without pausing, hehe And I’d love to see a whole week training!!!

Well this is the hardest move in the routine i think. You have to be really really good at splits and be able to balance on the pezziball as well. Keep trying it! I have more workout videos to come. I will think about a one week training routine!

Might tag this to the end of another workout, once you get stronger can yoiu repeat it say twice for 1/2 hour workout. Can you go through holding the correct form, when you do the plank for examplke you have to tuck your bottom down to really use your abs..

Day 0: (26/10) Trying out some exercises and creating first workout plan Well after a 7 minute real intensive workout I can assure that even the basic exercises are very demanding if you are not use to this kind of training. But that’s okay, it means that you, we have plenty of room for improvement! 😁🤪 This is the exercise work plan that I will try to follow in my first training: -2min wrist warm up -high plank hold 30s -full range high plank into dolphin 30s -plank pulses 30s -shoulder taps 30s -1minute rest -arm raises 30s -push ups 30s -plank hold 30s -side hold left 30s -side hold right 30s As I said, I am new to this kind of exercises so sin this first workout I will try to do the exercises that I have labeled as “basic”. After that workout, we will probably change the order and definitely the amount of time that we spent doing each exercise. Much fun coming soon haha 😆
